Sarah’s career working in third sector organisations spans over 28 years. During that time she has focused on generating revenue in order to maintain and develop services for some of society’s most vulnerable members.

Her role at the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, included working on the charity’s Full Stop campaign of the late 1990s. A groundbreaking campaign at the time, raising £250 million, more than any other UK fundraising appeal in history.

Sarah joined Mercy Ships UK in 2010 and her role as Campaigns Director allows her to play an active part in pioneering work making a difference to many lives across the globe.

In October 2019 Sarah joins MIND as CEO of the Havering, Barking & Dagenham Service. She has undergone training to be a Court Child Witness Support and an Appropriate Adult supporting vulnerable young adults through the judicial system.
