That’s why it makes sense to give it the best care possible.

By learning more about how to achieve a healthy mouth, we can keep our teeth for life while protecting ourselves from other diseases.

That's why, National Smile Month 2024 will run under the theme of Love Your Smile.

The campaign will take place between 13 May - 13 June.

Here is a snapshot of what we'll be talking about....

Caring for your smile

Exploring the daily hygiene routine, what it involves and why it is good for your smile. We will also tackle the role of the dental team and how influential they are in helping you achieve good oral health.

Food & drink

What you eat and drink directly impacts the mouth of the mouth. What happens to the teeth, tongue and gums when you eat certain foods and drinks – which are good, and which are bad?

Confidence & mental wellbeing

Learning how your smile effects self-esteem and confidence. What are the mental health benefits of a healthy smile and is what can you do to fall in love with your smile?

Disease & conditions

Oral health is linked to a range of conditions around the body and mind. Meanwhile, physical and mental disease can create challenges for self care. Learn about the some of the most common oral health diseases and what you can do to avoid them.

Oral health products

What oral health products do you need to help you achieve a healthy smile? What different products are there, how do you use them and what difference do they really make?
