Co-op Total Care Toothbrush

Manual toothbrush by Co-op approved by the Oral Health Foundation. 

Brush teeth thoroughly twice a day including last thing at night with a fluoride toothpaste.

Spit the toothpaste out but do not rinse.

Dentists recommend that you replace your toothbrush every 2-3 months. Visit your dentist as often as they recommend.
