Below you can see more information about all of our team members. Kerry Geldart: Director of Operations Kerry manages the day-to-day operations of the Oral Health Foundation, supporting the Chief Executive and overseeing the effective running of the office. She also leads the Accreditation programme and coordinates Trustee Board meetings, AGMs and strategic planning sessions. Amanda Oakey: Director of Educational Resources Amanda is responsible for creating materials and educational resources for our campaigns, as well as for dental practices and community settings. She is also responsible for resource distribution and for managing exhibition presentations. Lee Ambler: Head of Sales and Marketing Lee is responsible for creating materials and educational resources for our campaigns, as well as for dental practices and community settings. He is also responsible for resource distribution, managing exhibition presentations, and assisting with customer orders. David Arnold: Director of Communications David leads the Oral Health Foundation’s communications, overseeing public relations, campaigns and digital channels. He develops strategic relationships and delivers public health messaging to raise awareness, influence change and extend the charity’s reach. Georgios Eracleous: Head of Partnerships George leads the development of commercial and strategic partnerships across health, education and industry. He works closely with partners to deliver collaborative campaigns and initiatives that extend the Oral Health Foundation’s reach and impact. Dr Rachael England: Head of Policy and Advocacy Rachael leads our policy and advocacy work, helping to ensure oral health is recognised as a core part of overall health. She works with policymakers, partners and stakeholders to address inequalities and influence change at a national level. Karen Coates: Oral Health Educator Karen provides expert insight across communications, policy and education. She supports media activity, contributes to evidence-based resources and plays a key role in developing the charity’s oral health programmes for professionals and the public. Sophie Turner: Digital Content Creator Sophie creates clear, engaging digital content – including video and podcasting – to help people better understand and care for their oral health. She supports national campaigns, manages online resources and ensures trusted information reaches wide and diverse audiences. Julie Bradbury: Executive Assistant Julie provides executive and administrative support across the organisation, helping to coordinate projects, manage priorities and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Oral Health Foundation. She supports effective planning and delivery across teams. Terri-Ann Brown: Sales Terri-Ann supports the delivery and distribution of the Oral Health Foundation’s campaign and educational resources. She works closely with partners and the Director of Educational Resources to ensure materials reach dental practices, community settings and events effectively. Sarah Hollis: Finance Officer Sarah supports the management of the charity’s financial processes and works closely with the Head of Finance on day-to-day accounting and reporting.
