A dental hygienist and public health expert, she has more than 25 years’ experience in oral health leadership across the UK, Middle East and Africa. Her career spans frontline clinical care, global health policy, research, and large-scale advocacy programmes. Rachael is an experienced spokesperson and policy leader, regularly working with governments, professional bodies, NGOs and international organisations to translate evidence into practical, system-level change.
